Our Privately owned Mechanical Contracting firm located in Fairfield County is currently seeking
Experienced Licensed Plumbing and Pipe Fitter Foreman that are capable of running crews on
projects from $50,000 to $10,000,000 located throughout Connecticut. Candidate must have
current CT license (P-1, P-2, S-1, S-2, S-3, or S-4) and OSHA 30 card with 5 - 30 years'
experience running a crew. Our jobs are located throughout Connecticut. Travel up to an hour

Plumber/Pipe fitter Foreman will participate in the planning and running of a project (cradle to
grave) resulting in savings of time and materials for plumbing and HVAC projects.

Our work includes new and renovation projects of ranging in size from $50,000 to $10,000,000.
projects the installation, renovation and repair of Plumbing systems and HVAC equipment and
HVAC piping systems including: Heating Hot Water, Chilled Water, Steam, Condensate,
Compressed Air, Process Fluids, Chemical, Fuel Oil, Gas and other related systems. Must have
the knowledge and ability to work on Commercial, Light Commercial, Industrial and occasionally
Residential Projects.

Required Skilled and Qualifications:

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications to determine scope of work

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Additional duties as directed by management

· Attention to detail

· Daily Clean-Up

· Documentation of miscellaneous paperwork including submittals, time sheets, daily reports, etc.

· Knowledge of code requirements and practices

· Knowledge of HVAC Systems and how they work

· Knowledge of trade materials, methods and tools

· OSHA 30 certification

· Regular daily attendance

· Reliable transportation

· Safe use of power and hand tools used in the trade

· Understanding of Job Safety Hazards and how to prevent them
