Management team- both US and India.
• Calling Airlines to make changes, request refunds and to assist with cancelling flights.
• Arranging travel to tradeshows, seminars, onsite visits to client offices, Getting new hires to the
HQ and regular trips to Cvent offices in Portland, LA, Washington, Austin, London and New
Delhi.
• Coordinating and booking flights, hotels/ apartments, rental car reservations done through our
industry contacts.
• Direct coordination across all departments of HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior
Management regarding travel and approval for various purposes.
