Atty. Rasul Yap Mitmug Jr.

On December 30, 2017 atty. Rasul Yap Mitmug Jr. was newly designated as DepEd ARMM secretary.his
father is a natire meranao from lumba bayabao.
DepEd did not hesitate to give him the position for his strong dedication and willingness to serve the people
of ARMM. Knowing that he is a peace advocate and an active member of human rights, his platforms and
plans for the moro people will be surely achieved.
Right now, DepEd officials, employees, applicants are expecting for his positive flow of governance
towards the moro people and we believe that he won’t fail and the province of ARMM as a whole. Long
