A Referral Letter from the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre or Australia Red Cross (ONLY IF: the individual is undertaking training under the Asylum Seeker VET Program
and meets the requirement set out in clause 2.1of these Guidelines)

A copy of the original or certified copy or

And if the student’s evidence of Victorian residence is not evidence from the documents produced above. Attach one of the following:
A current VICTORIA driver’s license, / Learning Permit

Evidence of a utility Bill

Residential lease

Bank Statement

Any other document that proves Victoria residence i.e. Healthcare Card
