Incentive scheme

 Incentive scheme is to achieve the motivation aspect.


 It focuses at reducing costs and boost performance.
 Incentive plan passes a message across that performance,competence,skill and contribution
should be taken seriously by employees.
 Incentive plans are important to the employees because it tends to lead to satisfaction.

1. Individual incentive scheme: it may either be time based or production based. A


worker is said he completes the job in time and he is given the reward for his efficiency.
Individual incentive plans have also two types:
1.Based on time
2.Based on productivity

2) Group incentive scheme: under this method group bonus is given instead of individual
bonus. The bonus is distributed among all the employees of the organization on the
different basis.

The role of training and development system

It’s part of performance management system in the workplace which is carried out when the technology
changes in the market or new strategies are implemented or change in resources or hardware are used
in the projects the employer must need to provide the training to the employees so that they can learn
and implement the projects. This improves the individual skills and increases the performance level of an
organization.

The disciplinary procedure and practices to be followed at HCL


 The purpose of the Organisation’s Disciplinary Procedure is to help and encourage all employees
to achieve and maintain required standards of work performance.

 The aim is also to ensure that the Organisation’s services are maintained and effective while all
staff are treated fairly and equitably.
 This may include setting clear targets , monitoring progress over a reasonable time period and
providing additional coaching or training.
 Procedures are:

Round 1 : Basic Apptitude

 This round would test your ability of Verbal and Quant section. This would not be that typical
however, good preparation makes everything easy.

Round 2 : Communication Skill test

 This round would be more focused towards your ability to speak English. Don't get scared, they
just want to check whether you would be able to interact with anyone in organization or with client
if required. If you have "sa" "sha" pronunciation issue then work on it. It can have major effects on
your chances of getting selected for next round.

Round 3 : Technical Round

Well this round can be tricky as the flow can be dependent on interviewer, his interests, your
branch, even on the candidate sitting along with you if they are interviewing more then one
candidate at a time.

Round 4 : HR Round

This round can be a discussion about you, or your views about some topic.
