 research design to a review and refinement of the elements of your qualitative

research design assignment from Unit 2. You will then add descriptive narrative
for three more elements of effective qualitative research studies with which you
have been working since Unit 2.

To successfully complete this 10–12 page assignment, you will be expected to:

 Review and refine the elements of your proposed mini-study designed in Unit 2,
using what you have learned about effective qualitative research designs to
strengthen the validity, reliability, and ethical dimensions of your study.
 Summarize the coding strategy that you applied to your data analysis.
 Summarize the analysis process you followed, noting any consideration you may
have given to the research questions, conceptual framework, and known literature
as part of this process.
 Report the initial findings supported by the codes and themes that emerged from
your data analysis.
 Provide direct quotes from interviewees in the data to support your findings.
