Legislation, Hospitals and Medical Clinics, and Freedom

I fully intend to be actively involved in ensuring that our Civil Liberties and Constitutional
Rights are upheld.

I will keep my business (BASRC) neutral. I will fully commit my personal money to the causes
that I believe are at the Heart of Democracy (Liberty) and to ensuring that we are all able to live
as Free Americans – setting the example and promulgating Democracy and Liberty the World
over.

The Government has no business in our bodies and lives;

The Government has no business in our Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties (other
than upholding them);

The Government has no business in my business;

The Government has no business in Media, and has no business in Academia.

Beyond that mentioned above, I want immediate legislation to be passed to ensure that:

No Child can have an implant put in their body regardless of parental consent.
This is tantamount to body mutilation and it is outside the purview/decision making processes of
parenting.

Implants will not be in anyone’s bodies unless they consented to have them.
Hospital and Medical Clinics

Hospitals and Medical Clinics must provide free removal of implants on an anonymous basis (to
ensure that people are not targeted prior to implant removal by those who have enslaved them).

An “Open” or “Closed” sign will be displayed; people will enter the Hospital or Medical Clinic
if “Open” and leave as Free People. The “Closed” sign will be displayed if the maximum number
of patients for the day has been accepted.

Hospitals and Medical Clinics will provide shelter from communication with implants until the
procedure can be completed.

After one generation (or less depending on how aggressive Hospital and Medical Clinics provide
implant removal) our Citizens of The United States of America will once again be Free
People!

I am willing to completely fund this legislation and an initial trial Medi-Clinic, once I have my
body and life back, my intellectual property that has been stolen returned and the monies derived
from it given to me, my intellectual property filed and capable of being sold (which has been
prevented), and after I have successfully sued our U.S. Government, the canadian, government,
other governments, and I have established my business in NYC.

This intelligence community, our U.S. Government, and otherwise have hijacked Democracy; it
requires immediate restoration.

I will provide my fellow Americans with the Vehicle – Legislation, Financing, and
Leadership to ensure their Freedom.

The Heart of Democracy is Liberty; the Corner-Stone of Democracy is Justice.

Regardless of Political affiliation these are the Staples of Democracy and these are the
Staples of our United States of America.

Resolved by the U.S. Senate of the United States of America, that the following
article is proposed as federal law under the jurisdiction of the Untied States of
America, enforceable by Executive action.
“Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled, that:

America, Land of the Free be enforced, ensuring the sustainment of our Civil Liberties and
Constitutional Rights. This Bill addresses the technological era before us, requiring these
stipulations; specifically, regarding the insertion and use of implants within a Human Body.”

Section 2:

This Bill will ensure the sustainment our Civil Liberties and Constitutional Rights addressing the
Technological Era of our time. This Bill resolves the immediate requirement for their
clarification, and describes their application to all Citizens of our United States of America.
Implants within the bodies of American Citizens expose them to facilitating partial and direct
control of Human Beings by others. This is the antithesis of Liberty, our Constitutional Rights,
and our Civil Liberties.

This is the antithesis of our United States of America.

Partial and Direct control of people with the manipulation of their actions, emotions, bodies, or
otherwise, unless specifically by their own fruition - exasperates every societal problem within
our United States of America and is tantamount to slavery.

The Bill consists of three parts, and ensures that:

1. No Child/Minor can have an implant put in their body regardless of

parental consent.
This is the equivalent of body mutilation and it is outside the purview/decision making
processes of parenting.

2. Implants will not be permitted/placed within anyone’s bodies unless they

have consented to them.
Implants within the bodies of American Citizens is not a decision to be taken lightly or in
stride. This decision requires explicit consent after meticulous consideration.

3. Hospitals and Medical Clinics; Implant Removal.

Hospitals and Medical Clinics must provide free (Government Subsidized) removal of
implants on an anonymous basis (to ensure that people are not targeted prior to implant
removal by those who have enslaved, and/or have control over them).

Designated Hospitals and Medical Clinics will provide anonymous shelter from
communication with implants until the removal procedure(s) can be completed.

After one generation, (or less depending on how aggressive Hospital and Medical Clinics
provide implant removal) our Citizens of The United States of America will remain
ensured of their inherent right to their own bodies and Free Choice.
