 MS-Word Software

Materials:
 “The Berenstain Bears Go to School”
 Paper/Pencil

Procedure:
 Students will group into threes.
 Teacher will provide each group with a copy of the
book “The Berenstain Bears Go to School”.

 Each group will read the book and take notes on paper.
 One student in the group will identity and describe two
characters from the book.
 One student in the group will describe the main setting.
 One student in the group will list the major events that
take place.
 Each group will transfer their notes onto an MS-Word
document to turn into teacher.
 Each group will make a brief presentation to the class
about their book.

Assessment:
 Students will be evaluated on how well they work
together as a group to accomplish the tasks given.
 Each student will be accessed on how well they
understand the assignment and whether or not they
properly identified the key details.
