PROCEDURE
➢ Lock cells on BSC/RNC before execution
➢ Change 3G device (DUW or BaseBand)
➢ Change IP for 3G on OSS
➢Change VLAN TCU/SIU (2G,3G VLAN,IP only)
➢ Change TCU/SIU OAM (physical port also if needed)
➢ Change 3G traffic IP on RNC, deblock cells on BSC/RNC
PREPARATION
1. ATND for VLAN/IP of 3G, 2G, SIU
2. Existing Information for 3G Script: Synchronisation, rbsid
DUW
Step 1: Change IUB and OAM in RBS
• Logging RBS and execute scripts
• run ~/0_delete_IUB.mos
• trun ~/1_CREATE_IUB_HDD070.mo
• trun ~/2_CREATE_OAM_HDD070.mo
Notes : after execute this script, node will be disconnected, change VLAN/IP on
SIU/TCU,move cable to CSG log in Baseband with new IP then change IP/VLAN
for 3G traffic
Step 1 (cont): Change IUB in BaseBand
• set Router=vr_Traffic3G,InterfaceIPv4=Traffic3G,AddressIPv4=1 address <Iub>/30
• set Router=vr_Traffic3G,RouteTableIPv4Static=1,Dst=1,NextHop=1 address <Iub Default Router>
• set VlanPort=Traffic3G vlanId <Iub Vlan ID>
• Turn off Backup
• acc BrmFailsafeBackup deactivate
Change IP in OSS
After change IP on DUW/Baseband change IP on OSS possible to log in with new IP address
TCU/SIU
Change new VLAN in TCU/SIU
➢Common rules:
SIU port Ethernet 0a, Optical 0b
TCU port Ethernet TN_B, Optical TN_H
Moving cable to CSG
• After finish configuring on both SIU/TCU and 3G device
Inform on-site engineer for moving cable to CSG
Step 2: Change IUB in RNC
• lst HDD070
• bl HDD070
• get HDD070 remoteCpIpAddress1
• set HDD070 remoteCpIpAddress1 10.13.139.194 ( new Iub IP address)
Step 2 (cont): Chang IUB in RNC
• lst HDD070 to verify IUB and Untrancells are Enabled after changed.
