1. Ask their prior knowledge about circuit training
- What are the different exercises that they know?
- What is the benefit of exercising?

Developing the Lesson


5 mins 1. After asking their prior knowledge about circuit training, correct some ideas that they are
confused about.
- Circuit training is a class where you do one exercise for 30 secs to 5 mins and move on
to the other exercise.
5 mins 2. Tell the students the benefits of circuit training.
 Helps us lose weight
 Helps us to avoid some kinds of diseases (diabetes, high blood, heart problems)
 Keeps our body healthy
40 mins 3. Do the exercises one student per stations and switch places until everyone is done with all
of the exercises.
 Station 1: Sit ups

1. Review the exercises that they did and ask them the benefits of doing this exercises

- Explain that God told us to take care of our body because it is the temple of the holy spirit
and exercising is one way of taking care of our body.
3. Dismiss the students early so that they will have time to change their clothes.
