INTRODUCTION :

This synopsis is the study of “Recruitment Process with Special reference to the

Arctern Consulting Pvt. Ltd.” Here We will see the total recruitment processes of

the company.

COMPANY PROFILE:

Founded in 2OO4, Arctern provides Optimal Workflow Design and Scalable

Workforce Distribution. Arctern analyze and document current state processes,

recommend strategies for efficiency, and deliver technology and service solutions that

sharpen competitive edge. By combining talent, technology and consulting, Arctern

delivers efficient, cost-effective, flexible solutions. Offerings range from Software

Development, Application Maintenance & Technology Integration to Business process

Optimization.
IMPORTANCE:

A process of finding and attracting capable applicants for employment. The

process begins when new recruits are sought and ends when their applications are

submitted. The result is a pool of applications from which new employees are selected.

It is the process to discover sources of manpower to meet the requirement of staffing

schedule and to employ effective measures for attracting that manpower in adequate

numbers to facilitate effective selection of an efficient working force.

The main objective of the recruitment process is to expedite the selection process.

Recruitment is a continuous process whereby the firm attempts to develop a pool

of qualified applicants for the future human resources needs even though specific

vacancies do not exist. Usually, the recruitment process starts when a manger initiates

an employee requisition for a specific vacancy or an anticipated vacancy.

RATIONAL :

The project is basically focused on the current business environment demands

superior products & services to stay ahead the competition on a global scale. One of

the most important factors in activity of organizational objective & competitive edge

is to maintain, a skilled, productive and loyal work force/employee that can react
rapidly in changing business climate. The Recruitment Process of the Arctern

Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is very good for The Organization to maintain the Employee

Efficiently. The doubts of the employees are solved regarding their subject by the

experts & questionnaire. Employee gets job satisfaction by giving them appropriate

training.

The features, functions and major benefits of the recruitment management system are

explained below:

OBJECTIVES:

The purpose of the Project is to enable the reader to find quickly some matter of

Recruitment Process. As a work of reference, it is hope that this Project will be found

useful to the Organization as well as employees engaged in industry, and corporate

sector.

This study has helped in understanding the Recruitment Process by knowing the

organizations objectives & goals, HR Policies, Level of customer services, identifying

the future needs, employees competence building, requirements of training and

performance level of employees through Performance evaluation. The study is

conducts on personnel interviews & telephonic interviews of the employees from the

organization. The group of employees selected from different departments and of

different categorical level of the organizations. Through performance appraisal all are

being benefited, the organization, the appraiser and the appraise.

HYPOTHESIS

Hypothesis 1: The Recruitment Process means & encloses the human


resource management system in the organization.

Hypothesis 2: The Recruitment Process is applicable to all employees’


engaged in the company.

Hypothesis 3 : The Recruitment Process considered to as the corporate


governess pertaining to HR.

Hypothesis 4 : The Recruitment Process of Arctern signifies the


policy in HR of the Organization.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY :

Primary Data :

This data is collected fresh and first time. This is original in character. Methods used

in collection of Primary Data are :

i) Questionnaire Method

ii) Personal Interview

iii) Telephonic Interview

Primary Data is edited through checking legibility, completeness and consistency.


Secondary Data :

This data is collected from company’s Web sites. Secondary data is scrutinized on the

basis of suitability, reliability, adequacy and accuracy.

Sampling Method:

Sampling Method is used due to its less expensive, less time consuming and greater

accuracy nature. Simple random Sampling with replacement is used for data collection

through Questionnaires and Telephone Interviews.
