• Manage day to day operations of residential community of 70 students
• Assist in the supervision and mentorship of staff of three graduate Student Living Assistants
• Create and execute a 40-hour training covering duty expectations, emergency response,
programing, intercultural competency and operations
• Oversee all programming for the International House
• Manage a programing budget of $3500
• Serve in Professional Staff on-call duty rotation responding to issues such as mental health
crises, facilities concerns and conduct violations
• Serve as the sole conduct administrator for the International House working with the students to
develop restorative sanctions and learning outcomes
• Provide mediation for roommate conflicts and other issues that arise in the International house
between roommates, residents and staff
