soccer also my freshman and
sophomore year just for something
else to occupy my time.

What motivates you to stay fit?

My children and my mental health
motivate me to stay fit. I want my
kids to see how important their

ALEEYAH
PRYER
What tips do you have for ladies new to
women's bikini competitions? I would say that
the biggest thing a person new to bodybuilding
needs to focus on is consistency and posing.
both have been my biggest challenges, don't be
afraid to spend some money on a great posing
coach because you will not regret it.

Who sponsors you? I currently don't have any

sponsors, I would love to be a sponsored athlete
but it just hasn't happened yet. I would love for
Saleyla Bikinis or Slap Nutrition!.

How do you prepare your meals for competi-

tion? I prepare my meals on Sundays and make
enough until Wednesday and then do another
meal prep. There are a lot of people that do the
whole week but I think the food tastes a little off
when I do that.

What cheat food do you like after competi-

tion? I am a sweet food addict so usually after a
competition I go right to some cupcakes or
cookies. I actually at cheese its right after this
last competition too.

How can we find you online? www.insta-

gram.com/Netflix_and_lift where I post a lot
of progress pictures so that I have some sort
of accountability throughout my preps.

MARIAH
KRZEMIEN
What motivates you to stay fit? I
started out working out with weights
in my early 20s after I've had my son
because I wanted to tone and sculpt
but as I progress physically I noticed I
got relatively strong. Aside from being
a mother and a fiancé, there's noth-
ing more gratifying than watching my
body and Strength progress

national qualifying numbers in the

spring of 2017 when I fractured
my rib. I decided in the down time
I would train for an NPC competi-
tion.

What tips do you have for ladies

new to women's figure competi-
tions? My top 3 tips for women
looking to do a figure show would
be

1. Find a well seasoned and well-

educated coach. This is most
important because the difference
between a quality coach and an
uneducated coach will make a
huge difference in aesthetics,
emotional state, and a life change.
Where are you from? I was born in Buffalo New York and
currently moved over to the West Coast to Sacramento 2. Get as much posting help as you

3. Communication between you
in school I wasn't really in touch with any sort of athleticism.
I would run every day just to keep my weight down but as and your coach is absolutely im-

How do you prepare your meals for competition? I personally cooktop meals every day
because I'm not much for week old food. But if that wasn't feasible I went to Clean Eatz Fayette-
ville because they would always custom make my meals for the day and their meals are ALWAYS
fresh

What cheat food do you like after competition?

I'm in love with all sweets so for my cupcakes and donuts are the way to go!

Do you use supplements? I take protein and bang energy drinks but I work in testable federa-
tion with USAPL so most things are banned.

Where can we find you online? Instagram is where I have most of my fitness-oriented informa-
tion and my name is Mariah_hardcore
Or Mariah Krzemien

Do you offer online fitness classes or sell products, if so where can we find it? I'm currently
working on my NASM certification and will begin in the late summer. As well as an active wear
line I will be launching by the early spring.
