Ms. ~.eav~r is still doing an excellent job! Because of her injury she has been limited in attendance and .
part,c,pat,on. However, I can say that she has always operated at 100% of her ability. I am ready and excited
to start handing over more responsibilities to her in the area of direct teaching.

She has take a lot of initiative and jumps right into things without being prompted. I haven't had to ask/tell
her much. She circulates around the room during appropriate times and engages with students appropriately
and proactively. She does a good job redirecting off-task students as needed. The class has a very positive
view of her and asks when she is coming back!
