Ms. ~e.aver is still doing an excellent job! Because of her injury she has been limited in attendance and
participation. However, I can say that she has always operated at 100% of her ability. As she has become able
she has not hesitated to take on more responsibility. She asks me before I can ask her!

• ·much. She circulates around the room during appropriate times and engages with students appropriately
a~d proactively. She does a good job redirecting off-task students as needed. The class has a very positive
view of her and asks when she is coming back!

S_he has started directly teaching and has done a great job! She is very receptive to feedback/suggestions
given after lessons and always seems to want to do better.
