1. Isu Yang Difokuskan :

In the ninth week, I found one of my students could not concentrate in the classroom. During the lesson, the students
were doing his homework silently without paying attention to my lesson. This is probably because the student could not
understand the lesson well.

2. Analisis Isu Yang Difokuskan (Punca dan Kesan Isu) :

This issue is of itself where teachers approach and the teaching methods used are not interesting or appropriate. I fail to
vote and the possibility of using approaches and teaching methods which can attract and retain the interest of students
to the problem presented by me. As a result, students become bored, do not pay attention and misbehave.

3. Kajian Lampau (Literature Reiview) Terhadap Isu (Pengalaman atau Kajian Lepas) :

1. A teacher needs to be smart, creative and innovative, so they will be able to use effective methods of teaching and
learning actively involves students and manageable. Effective methods that will be used to reduce unwanted problems.
The diversity of methods, techniques and strategies of teaching and learning will become active learners, fun and easy
to accept what is taught by the teacher. With the neglected discipline can be reduced. (Abdul Rahim Abd Rashid, 1999)
2. According to (Soon Sang Mok, 2008) teachers who are less experienced and less assertive on classroom discipline
will not gain the respect and trust of students. Students often cause problems with a view to bully less assertive
teachers. 3. According to (Ahmad Mohd Salleh, 2004) between attributes of students per teacher preferred Atan Long
(1993) is an emotionally stable and mentally healthy, have a healthy body and a dynamic personality, have a higher
intelligence than most people have a creative nature, imagination and initiative, have a voice and civilized behavior,
bertata orderly, thoughtful, have sympathy and wise in dealing with the problem, patient, honest and sincere, decisive,
timely and competent care, have a positive attitude and encourages, guides and taking care of a democratic
professional status of teachers. 4. According to Tengku Sarina Aini Tengku Kasim & Yusmini Md. Yusoff, 2006, states
that the task of the teacher is not a static and only focus on academic objectives. But the teacher role and have a great
influence on the formation of student social life. Accordingly, the construction of effective relationships between
teachers and students is the best approach to achieve this. Among the advantages of the relationship between teacher
and student is going to produce a good persahaman between them and there is a sense of trust and this can have a

4. Cadangan dan Idea Penyelesaian Masalah :

My set induction prior to lesson should stimulate the mind and the interests of my students toward learning will ajar.I
will do this process either by asking questions related approach, basing themselves on past lessons, or a picture that will
be associated with my topic. The time allocated for this session is at least three or five minutes. Once my students
understand and have a passion for what I'm going to teach, i will continue developing my teaching and learning
process. Assisstive devices that effectively give students a sense of enthusiasm to learn and not get bored easily.
Teaching aids give students easier to remember a subject to learn and easy to understand. Examples of ABM typically
used in a school is like a flashcard, photos, VCD and so on. Questioning skills are skills that are important in teaching
activities for which he is one of the biggest factors that can build enthusiasm for learning. Forming questions given by

the teacher to be accurate, clear and concise. Teachers also must treat answers with praise and if the answer is wrong,
the teacher should improve student responses. Similarly, the elaboration of skills and other skills that must be mastered
by teachers to attract the attention of students. Educational activities also play a role. Lessons punctuated with
entertainment activities will attract more students to study in the learning sessions are ongoing. Students will not get
bored with teaching taking place. Entertainment based activities carried out in accordance to different I.Ia level students
  with teaching aids are given more focus to the teaching materials provided by the teacher. But the entertainment
activities that enrich and test the mind is like singing, acting and so on. I would also advise that students must
concentrate. For example, i ask why students do other work while I was teaching.

6. Tindakan Susulan :

I will use tools like the movie aired 'Pendek'. I will show a short film as a distraction in the classroom. I will motivate
them by giving opportunities, expectations and they are also necessary to think positively. Avoid underestimating their
ability or achievement of the case because it would stultify them and worse will cause them to hate the teachers and the
subjects taught by the teacher. Pupils will also be given activity in the form of "hands on" and this was not boring
them. To attract the attention of students, teachers, it is necessary to use the approach to teaching and learning
materials based on learning aids (BBB). It is necessary for me to act firmly against my students but not fierce. This is so
because, the students need to be given information which causes the teachers to act decisively during the teaching and
learning. By that I will accompany the students and guide them because they actually need guidance. Besides, I should
not be prejudice and favoritism during teaching students in the classroom. This is so because the students do not like
teachers who act so teachers it is necessary to provide hope and moral support to the students to pay attention to
during my teaching. Let teachers always give compliments and words of passion to the students as an encouragement
for them to focus on learning.

8. Keberkesanan Langkah Yang Dicadangkan :

Last week, I had to show a short film entitled "Independence Malaysia" in class during set induction. The students were
interested and shown curiosity. Once my students understand and have a passion for what I'm going to teach, I
continue to develop my teaching and learning process. I also use ABM as card scanning and image aids directly give my
students a sense of enthusiasm to learn and not get bored easily. In addition, it provides tools to teach my students
memorize a subject that is easy to learn and easy to understand. Since ABM prepared by me was quite interesting, my
students can concentrate while studying. Before P & P started, I also gave hope and moral support to students to pay
attention while I was teaching. When support is given, my students become more confident in themselves.

9. Kesimpulan / Refleksi (Kesan Tindakan (Perlu) dan Halangan (Jika Ada) :

For me, the positive implications of the use of ABM in the learning process is that it will create an active learning
environment where all students participate in various fun activities. The tools that I chose teaching aid helped students
to develop their potential. This is because these materials contain elements of intellect (knowledge) and values   that are
believed to be able to create human beings can act and think as adults. The choice of materials for education and I aim
to establish a comprehensive and integrated individuals. I am very happy because my P & P achieved the objective.
Other than that, I will also try to seek the cooperation of lecturers and mentors to get their views on my approach.
