6 Reliability. (Consider how far can you depend upon the Apprentice for his reliability and
conscientiousness with or without supervision)

7 Adaptability. (Consider the Apprentice ability to adjust with the change conditions and emergent
situations.

8 Punctuality. (Consider Apprentices tendency in observing company’s timings/authorized and un-


authorized absence)

9 Communication/Expression. Oral Or Written. (Consider only the degree of Apprentice


ability to express himself both oral and written)

10 Compliance with Rules & Procedures. (Consider Apprentices attitude for complying with
the company’s policies, rules and procedures directly applicable to his conduct and job.)
