General Instruction
Nepalese candidates can reprint the admit card by entering Name, Date of Birth and Program in "Print Admit Card" link from
www.iom.edu.np website.
Examination hall will be opened 30 minutes before the examination.
Examinee is not allowed to sit in the examination without admit-card. Examinee must sign inside the box in the admit card.
Examinee must sit in the allotted seat.
There will be 100 “Multiple Choice Questions” (MCQ) with only one correct answer, there is no “Negative markings”.
Examinee should carefully read the instructions given in the question paper as well as answer sheet and also should follow the
instructions given by the invigilators.
Examinee should only use “Black Gel Pen”, during the examination. Use of pencil, tipex, correcting fluid etc. are not allowed.

Examinee should select a correct answer by filling empty bubble with black gel pen completely like this.
Any electronic equipment/devices (e.g. Mobile phone, calculators, Smart watches, Ipods, notepad, bluetooth hearing aids etc) are
strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Examinee will be expelled if found carrying/using these items/devices during the
entrance examination.
Examinee will not be allowed to sit in the exam with any headdress, caps or any other clothes covering both the ears except on
religious grounds. The examination committee reserves the right to search any candidate for any electronic device if required.
Examinee is not allowed to wear ornaments in the examination hall. There will be security checking, examinee is not allowed to
wear any metallic material, belts etc.
Examinee spectacles, power glassed will be allowed only after being checked.
A suspicious examinee will be checked heavily before, during or even after the examination.
Any text books, note books, guidebooks or any printed materials will not be allowed inside the examination hall.
Examinee should not leave the examination hall untill the exam is over.
Examinee is not allowed to talk or discuss among each others during the entrance examination.
Examinee must submit both question and answer sheets at the end of the examination.
Examinee will not be allowed to re-enter the examination hall.
Examinee can know their exam venue by sending SMS to 32200 or from the website: www.iom.edu.np only after publication of
the notice. Format for the SMS will be notified later in this website.
