The Executive Engineer, Construction Division, A.P.W.D., Diglipur reserves the right to
accept/reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof and not bound to
accept the lowest.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

1. Quotation should be submitted in the sealed cover superscripting “QUOTATION FOR


SUPPLY OF PRINTING MATERIALS.”
2. The rate for all above items should be quoted as per items as prescribed in the schedule
quantity.
3. The Quotation should be addressed to the Executive Engineer, Construction Division,
APWD, Diglipur.
4. Cutting/overwriting and use of correction fluid should be avoided.
5. The Printing materials should be of standard quality/size.
6. The order shall be placed on accepted rate of quotationer, as per the requirement from
time to time. The stationary items should be supplied at Division Office, APWD, Diglipur
within 07 days on receipt of supply order.
7. The rate should be quoted and shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of
acceptance of quotation.
8. In case the supplier fails to honour the commitment after acceptance of the tender the
earnest money will be forfeited to the Government.
9. The Executive Engineer, Construction Division, APWD, Diglipur reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the quotation or part thereof without assigning any reason.
10. The terms and conditions given above are acceptable to [Contractor/supplier (s)].
11. The Quotation should accompany EMD of `10,000/- by demand draft in favour of
Executive Engineer, CD, APWD, Diglipur from any Nationalized Bank.
