Human Resources Coordinator


Key Objectives
Responsible for assisting the Human Resources & Training Manager and to liaise with staff members, HODs in all aspects of
HR operational functions.

Requirements / Qualification
Good knowledge in Human Resource supporting functions especially ticketing and work permits handling, assisting on
recreational activities and entertainment
Minimum 02 years of experience on a similar position in a five star resort or similar role in Human Resource Department of a
Male Office of a resort
Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbal and written
Ability to work extended hours when necessary
Good knowledge of collective computer applications related to record keeping and HRIS

Key duties / Responsibilities


Maintaining Human resources database, personal files both hard copies and on the HRIS
To assist with the administrative duties on the appraisal of staff for renewing contracts, maintaining disciplinary action forms
Prepare and place all internal and external advertisements for recruitment
Assist with the arrangements for organizational training
Coordinate with HODs to get training calendars and monthly training reports
Working closely with VRC committee in terms of organizing all the events
Filling all forms as required for application on work permits for selected expat candidates
Timely processing of forms for renewal of WPs, sending it to the head office and ensuring that WP s are renewed on time
To assist staff members in making necessary forms for Insurance claims for their medical expenses as applicable
Filling all forms as required for Insurance and processing Health insurance claim
To support by assisting with on-the-job training and orientation of new team members/trainees and other reasonable
requests in order to improve the performance and service standards of our team
Visiting staff areas on a regular basis and advising the Human Resources Manager on any suggestion, feedback received
