PART II.

A. INTRODUCTION

Gender awareness and developments is important to teachers especially so, that they in
everyday life, deal with clienteles with varied gender preferences, awareness and backgrounds.
It is in this regard that the DepEd personnel must have and must be equipped with sufficient
knowledge and understanding on the different concepts pertaining to gender, gender analysis,
and gender mainstreaming in order for them to recognize and respond to potential gender
issues that might exist in the working place. Having these important reasons, it is only fitting
that teachers and administrators mist undergo seminar workshops/trainings that could increase,
uplift and set their perceptions and understandings on gender issues and concerns.

B. BUDGET SPENT

Incentive and Token 550

C. MAJOR ISSUES AND CONCERN

There were no major issues during the conduct if the seminar workshop. All the
participants enjoyed and appreciated the whole duration of the activity.

D. CONCLUSION

The highlight of this Gender Awareness and Development (GAD) was a recollection
wherein we reflected on the interactions we had as individuals working together in one
institution; on how we responded and acted towards certain issues related to our duties and
responsibilities. In here, we were able to realize that there were so many things that we were
not able to look into which should be given attentions. Through this GAD< we were able to
come up with plans and agreements on how to further strengthen our relationships as we
continue working together towards uplifting the quality of education we pledged to do.

E. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The school head and teachers of Bado Dangwa National High School sincerely expressed
their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the resource speaker who shared his knowledge, skills
and time during the duration of the seminar workshop.
