Job Description:
Implementing HSE policy, management of 15 Safety Officers and 10 safety
assistants, weekly audits and monthly audits with client, risk assessment, safety
recording and coordination for all safety inspections and check lists which is
including:
Stores, P.P.E, Ladders, Step ladders Mobile scaffold, Mobile ladders, Porta-cabin,
Offices, Generators, Fuel tank, COSHH Storage area, M.S.D.S, ELCP System.
HSE training at all levels, following PTW system.
Work involves, 11KV cable pulling, Confine space, , Erection of RMU and
Transformers, HVAC Ducting, AHU, Scaffolding safety, Ladder safety, cable
Termination Working at Height, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Plumbing activities,
etc. according to the Safety policies of Dubai Civil Aviation Department.

Work involves Mechanical jobs in Shaft areas, Consist of various types of welding,
Erection of Equipment, Lifting activities, Emergency evacuation drills, and Confine
space works Pipe line works with all type of heavy lifting of pipes erecting. High rise
building above 30 floors MEP works, Fire Fighting system erection, Training on
various subject i.e., Fire Fighting emergency evacuation drills, Road safety,
Excavation, working at height, Handling of materials, Hand tools, Manual lifting
etc.
Implementation of HSE policy, toolbox meeting, safety induction, daily audits,

Description and responsibilities are:

 Directly the implementation of site safety policies including sub contractor as per
the Clients HSE Policy.
 Ensure proper implementation of Tool boxes, Pre task briefing, heavy lift
operations, Lifting plan, Erection works etc.
 Safety, Health and Environment controls and regulation in order to minimized
risk of human loss/disability and material damage.
 Ensure a positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standards are
complied with continual improvement.
 To control vehicles movement engaged in conduction activities.
 Inspection of construction equipment prior to starts work in site.
 Implementation of safety rules while carrying out Heavy lifting and erection, men
& material transportation.
 Ensure the proper use of Lifting gear, Fire extinguisher placement and its color
coding etc. along with documentation.
 Inspection of Permit to work along with attached document at site prior to starts
work and witnessing, training & monitoring Tool Box Talk.
 Preparation of all HSE documentation for the safety Audit including periodical
audit for subcontractors.
 Ensure proper implementation of safety policies at site.
 Preparation of incident report and follows up the documents.
 Implementation of Environmental & pollution control procedures at site.
