THIS WEEKEND: ON MISSION ANNOUNCEMENTS – Today at

Mass you will hear about the On Mission for The Church Alive! decisions
for your parish. In the announcement you will learn: (1) the final Parish
Grouping that your parish will be in; (2) the clergy team assigned to serve
the grouping; and (3) the maximum number of Masses for the grouping be-
ginning October 15th. With these announcements, there are still many tasks
ahead to bring about the vision for vibrant parishes in our communities. The first task over the
coming weeks and months is to build relationships, especially between the parish communities
in the grouping and with the clergy teams who are eager to begin serving you. As we continue
to share in the joy of the resurrection of Jesus during the Easter season, we must not be dis-
couraged by the challenges that may come. Instead, we are called to go forward with hope for
the good of our parishes and for the good of our own lives with God. The information about
your grouping and all the groupings is available online at onmissionchurchalive.org and will
be shared in your parish bulletin and the Pittsburgh Catholic next weekend. May God bless the
Church of Pittsburgh, our parish communities and each of us.

ARCM MAY MEETING

Members of St. Damien ARCM will hold their May Banquet at Father Abbate on Monday,
May 7th beginning at 6:30 PM We will honor the Mother of the Year at the banquet. Mem-
bers bringing donations for the food bank will receive a second door prize ticket. May Social
will be the Officers, Ethel Barkey, Ann Todora, and Mary Lou Jurik.

The St. Damien Ladies of Charity would like to thank all those who contrib-
uted to their recent Bakeless Bake Sale fundraiser. Your generosity is greatly
appreciated. If you didn’t contribute, and would like to do so, you can put
your donation in an envelope marked LOC and drop it in the collection basket
