customer on July 16th, 2016 and commissioning by customer with machine number is EX102

On November 14th, 2017, Customer report Final drive LH-side has failed at machine SMU is 4,836 Hours.

Conclusions (What Caused the Failure): Describe the root cause and the sequence of events that caused it.
Initiation failure came from 296-6248 BEARING AS-ROLLER at stage #1 has broken. This failure related to oils
degradation and makes decrease oil film in surfaces of parts when final drive operation.
Based on last SOS result found indication that oil Viscosity is too Thin and wrong information of oil Grade.
Suspect this condition makes decrease oil film at surface of every component when Final drive operation and then
generate parts damage in Final Drive GP.
