Về tập luyện: sau khi trao đổi 1 số phương án tập, thì thống nhất như sau:

- Band sẽ dựng mockup/demo. Bật 1 lần trước khi tập. Sau đó tập từng đoạn khó. Sau đó ráp tổng
thể.
- 99% khả năng là score sẽ gửi đến trễ; nên sẽ phải sight-reading giống như studio recording.
Conductor score là hybrid format, có bao gồm phần của band.
 - Mỗi ngày 4 tác phẩm là đủ. Trung bình 1 tác phẩm dài 06 phút. Riêng Hòn Vọng Phu là suite 23
phút.

Về nhân lực:

- Có khả năng cần 2-3 conductors, 1 cho orkest, 1-2 cho choir. Trong trường hợp có dàn choir là
người không chuyên vào casting, thì bắt buộc phải có 2 conductors. Amateur-choir sẽ lead
melody.
- 20-piece strings.
