MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION

COMES NOW, Respondents, by themselves and unto this Honorable

Office, most respectfully states:
1. That we are the respondents in the above-entitled case;

2. That the above-mentioned case was filed before the Honorable Office
on March 07, 2017;

3. That undersigned respondents filed their respective Joint Counter-

Affidavit (with Comment on the Prayer for Preventive Suspension) on
July 13, 2017 before the Honorable Office;

4. That on August 17, 2017, the undersigned respondents, received the

Order of the Honorable Office dated 31 July 2017, directing the latter
to file their Position Paper in the above-mentioned case;

5. That on August 29, 2017, the undersigned respondents filed their

verified position paper before the Honorable Office;

6. Considering the foregoing, Respondents implore the compassion of this

Honorable Office, without imposing upon its discretion, to expedite the
resolution of the case and hereby respectfully move for the early
resolution of same;

7. Further, one of the respondents, Ernesto G. Escoto, is about reach the

mandatory retirement age this coming June 2018. He also prays before
the Honorable Office and implores its indulgence that the case be
resolved at an earlier time.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that this

Honorable Office expedite the RESOLUTION of the instant case.

OTHER RELIEFS AND REMEDIES just and equitable under the

premises are likewise prayed for.
