Purpose of the Giving feedback for the teachers and students, and identify their
assessment weaknesses and strength, this feedback will improve the way that
teachers teach, and the way that students learn.
Information collected Some students need more focus on, however most students done well
and conclusions drawn

Actions taken • Make a new plan for teaching and focus on students who didn’t do
well to improve their weaknesses, give them more activities on
this subject, and give the student who’ve done it right a more
challenging task to do.
