Ingredient

 150 gr tempe, cut into thin strips


 200 gr wheat flour
 3 cloves garlic
 ½ spoon coriander
 Salt
 250 ml water
 2 stalk celery, finely chopped

Directions

 First, puree garlic, ½ spoon coriander, and ½ spoon salt. Afer that, place
seasoning that have been refined to the bowl.
 Include the wheat flour to the bowl. Then, mixed the wheat flour and the
seasoning with water. After that, include celery to the batter for scent the
cuisine.
 Meanwhile cut into thin strips tempe. And then include tempe to the
batter.
 Fry tempe in hot oil. After a golden brown, drain.
 Finally place crispy tempe to the plate and serve with the sauce if desired.
