RFP for Four-Laning of Sattanathapuram to Nagapattinam (Design Ch Km 123+800 to

Km 180+624) section of NH-45A (New NH -332) in the State of Tamil Nadu under NHDP
Phase-IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and
management of National Highway No. NH-45A (New NH 332) including the section from
Design Ch Km 123+800 to Design Km 180+624. The Authority had resolved to augment the
existing road from Design Ch Km 123+800 to Design Km 180+624 on the Sattanathapuram to
Nagapattinam section of National Highway No. NH-45A (New NH 332) (hereinafter called the
“NH-45A (NEW NH 332)”) in the State of Tamilnadu by Four-Laning thereof (the “Project”)
on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has
decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom
the Project may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

http://etenders.gov.in from 09.01.2018 to 21.02.2018 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST).Bid must be
submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.induring the validity of registration with the NHAI e-
Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in
on or before (upto1100 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be
opened on 22.02.2018 (at 1130 hours IST).
Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Demand
Draft towards cost of bid document, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement etc. as
specified in Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before
22.02.2018 (at 1100 hours IST).Please note that the Authority reserves the right to accept or
reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
