This is getting out of hand. Your constant calling, just because I will not answer. I will answer the phone once a day, if
you insult, threaten me, or in anyway piss me off, I will hang up and not answer for the rest of the day. And telling me
that some day soon I will be in your shoes, what kind of statement it that. I have done nothing wrong. I have worked
very
hard to be a better person and you want to bring me down to your level and make me feel bad. Or worse, yiou want
me to feel intimidated by you so you have control over me. I know its not about the money YOU TOLD ME I could
use, I have used nothing more. That is a he said she said thing and NO ONE will take that bs, so quit with the bs and
grow up.

I turned MY, meaning I can do what I want with it, phone down so I would not be bothered by the ringing while I
worked. I missed a lot of calls, NOT JUST YOURS! So quit acting like everything is about you.
How do you know that Mike is now going to say that you hit him? He told us he was not going to show up so the
charges would be dropped. I know I will not say anything against you. I will be going with the "I do not recall the day
in question" thing, so I do not see how that affects you going to jail. I do not want you in there more then you are.
You are my baby and I love you, even if you do not see that I do. I try very hard to do everything for you.
I will text Mike and see what is going on with him. BTW he has court on the 13th of feb. WE offered him to stay here
while he is in town, we shall see if he does that. He says he is bringing his Dads car down here to court. You were
right about him not letting us come get him so we do not know where he is. You know him well.

You make me promises and then pull them away, you are a control freak. You think Mike is a narcissist, and he is,
however, you should also look at yourself. Does it occur to you that the reason you and Mike do not work well is that
you are both narcissists and neither one of you are will to give up the upper hand.

This is the problem with the world today is that social services have taught children that they are the only thing that
matters, not the other kids or people in the world. So now we have a couple of generation of narcissists. This is not
really the kids fault, however, as adults they can choice to out grow this issue and see the world as a whole and not
just about them. Most narcissists can not or will not do that, so we just go on with all the narcissists in the world
causing a dysfunctional world.
Mike on the other hand was raised in a sharing world time, he is a narcissist by choice and will never change.

I mean come on Spring, you said you would pay my house payment so I can come see you instead of working, then
you pulled that away and you still want me to come see you. I am NOT going to work for bill money and spend it on
your visits, I HAVE to pay my bills, few though they maybe, they are my bills and I will pay them.I do not know how to
show you that I love you, and YES I know you can come up with an all about you list, that can and will change at the
drop of a hat depending on your mood. But that is just the narcissist in you. I mean REALLY make you understand
that as a Mother my love is unconditional and you NEVER have to earn it, like you make others do. It is there, I love
you now and always, I am sorry we are on the outs. I need you to quit nagging me. I do not know how else to say
that.

Konrad and Taffy told me that you told them, that if I do not come and see you two times a week that you are NOT
PAYING MY WAY THROUGH LIFE! Do YOU really think that 200 a month to help me pay my house payment for
TWO months is paying my way through life? Who do you know who can live on 200 bucks a month. You are just
being petty!

Petitioner Michael Wayne Thompson was convicted by a jury in United

States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa of ten counts

of interstate transportation of forged securities in violation of18

U.S.C. 2 and 2314. Petitioner's court-appointed attorney filed a

motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in the

district court.1 The district court determined that 'no serious

questions of law or fact exist relative to this matter,' and

certified petitioner's appeal as frivolous. See28 U.S.C. 1915 and

Rule 24(a), F.R.A.P. Petitioner's attorney then filed a motion for

leave to proceed on appeal in this court pursuant to Rule 24(a),

F.R.A.P. The motion came before us as an administrative panel of this

court. See Rule 2(c) of the Rules of this Court. We now authorize the

petitioner to proceed on this appeal in forma pauperis. Because our

determination of appealability reaches a result contrary to that of

the district judge, we believe a statement of our reasons may provide

a helpful guideline in other similar cases.

An indigent defendant is entitled to an in forma pauperis appeal from

his conviction and to the assistance of counsel on that appeal unless

his appeal is found to be wholly frivolous. Anders v. California, 386

U.S. 738, 87 S. Ct. 1396, 18 L. Ed. 2d 493 (1967); Douglas v.

California, 372 U.S. 353, 83 S. Ct. 814, 9 L. Ed. 2d 811 (1963);

DeMarrias v. United States, 444 F.2d 162 (8th Cir. 1971); 28 U.S.C.

1915. If the district court determines that the appeal is frivolous,

an indigent defendant is entitled to challenge the court's finding

and to have the assistance of counsel in doing so. Johnson v. United

States, 352 U.S. 565, 77 S. Ct. 550, 1 L. Ed. 2d 593 (1957);

DeMarrias, supra.

In DeMarrias this court held that before a finding of frivolity could

be made, 'due process requires the (district) court, with the

assistance of briefs of defense counsel setting forth any grounds

arguably supporting the appeal, to make a full examination of the

record before determining that the appeal is wholly frivolous.' 444

F.2d at 165.

We fully recognize the power of the district court under 28 U.S.C.

1915 to certify an appeal as frivolous. However, there is nothing in

the present record to indicate that either petitioner or his counsel

was permitted to set forth the grounds arguably supporting an appeal

and that the district court subsequently determined from a full

examination of the record that the appeal is wholly frivolous. Thus,

on the state of the record before us, we conclude that we have no

alternative but to grant the motion. Douglas v. California, 372 U.S.

353, 83 S. Ct. 814, 9 L. Ed. 2d 811 (1963), and DeMarrias v. United

States, 444 F.2d 162 (8th Cir. 1971).

We grant leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis.

It should be pointed out that an indigent who has been granted leave

to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court need not make a

second request from the district court for leave to proceed on appeal

in forma pauperis but may proceed to the court of appeals

automatically unless there is a certification of bad faith or

I am telling you straight up Spring insults will get you no where with me anymore. I have had enough. I am NOT a
compulsive lair. I tell the truth even when you do not like it and that is how it is going to stay.

I need to send this, sorry it probably seems bitchie to you, however, it is just how I am feeling. I am lead to
understand that you have ticked of Konrad and Taffy also with you telling everyone that when you get out that you are
going to shoot up until you kill yourself. I wish they would put you into rehab, that is what you need, not prison.
