In the interest of: Dottoressa Antonella Alvaro, Vice-Prefetto
Ministero dell'Interno
Dipartimento per Le Libertà Civili e
L'Immigrazione
Piazza del Viminale
00184 ROMA RM
Italia
A...Dottoressa Alvaro, I hope you are well. Have you had the time to review my
request for Istanza per la certificazione della condizione d'apolidia (stateless
status) that I sent to you by certifed mail on 5 October 2017? I realize that
you must, these days, be overwhelmed with requests such as mine. I am
embarrassed to think I could be burdonsome for you. Please forgive me.
(May I have your email?) Dottoressa Alvaro, I have a dream! And that
aspiration is to live in a remote village in a mountainous region in China,
teach Chinese children English in the local school, and have the pleasure
to pick my own green tea leaves in the hills surrounding my Chinese
home. In addition, I would like to develop, in peace and quiet in China,
my manuscript Italy: The Dissolution of One European Sovereign State. I care
to ask a favor of you, Dottoressa Alvaro. Would you be so kind as to send
a letter of recommendation to the Chinese ambassador in Italy (his
address is conveniently listed for you in this communication) explaining
to him that I have been a righteous resident in Italy since 1 May 1983, that
I have always sought to ask not what Italy can do for me, but what I can
do for Italy, and inform him that I would be a valuable asset for the
People's Republic of China? I would appreciate that very much. Please
understand that I am disgusted with Western Civilization One (Europe)
and Western Civilization Two (the DisUnited States of America)—these
greedy, corrupt, inept, pathetic creatures soused in the juices of their
Hedonism and regurgitating Plasticity day in and day out, and I want to
leave this doomsday atmosphere as soon as possible. I am sick and tired. I
want no more of it. Antonella, if you go walking in the streets of Rome,
please do not fall into a hole!
B...Franco, Dottore Gabrielli, I hope you are well. You once said that Italy
does not possess la cultura della prevenzione. Perhaps you had in mind
British understatement when you uttered that phrase. Personally, I think
it is paradoxical. By now, the whole world knows that Italy has no sense of
“cautionary interference,” that there are numerous examples of this
strange behavior that sees Italians fxing something when it breaks—
without thinking in advance to avoid a breakdown. It is usually called
MAINTENANCE! One well-known illustration of Italian imprudence is
Mussolini. He could not see beyond his nose, and was an incompetent
military strategist now regarded as some kind of fool—all over the world.
There are other exemplifcations that we know of in contemporary times,
and I wish to enumerate some of them: How about the Italian schools
where plaster from the ceilings falls on students' desks, and often there is
no water in the bathrooms or heating during the winter; how about the
inconsolable Italian infrastructure that causes enormous foods; how
about the 500-pound chunks of stone falling from the ceilings of medieval
churches; how about the Italian boys more interested in working for a
sleek car than studying for a university degree; how about the ten buses
that have exploded in Rome since January 2018; how about the delay in
opening the Bari justice building causing trials to be held in tents outside
it; how about the volunteer fre fghters, many of them unemployed, who
have set woodlands on fre so as to be paid by the Italian government
€10.00 an hour to extinguish them; how about the constantly rising Italian
fnancial obligation that might take centuries to pay off while no one asks
why banks continue to lend money to the Italian debt disaster; how about
unemployment and youth unemployment; how about the demographic
dilemma that will see—in the next ten years—a drop-off of 1,000,000
students in Italian schools, and the closure of tens of thousands of
classrooms; and, worst of all, why has so little effort been made to
guarantee the regeneration of the Italian people over the years when,
according to Rousseau, the principal responsibility of a government is to
assure that its citizens enjoy growth and prosperity—always rejuvenating
themselves?...ad infnitum...Italians vaunt their more than 2000-year
“culture,” always alluding to it often in a chauvinistic manner. I ask why,
then, have they not been able to learn how to rule themselves, how to
even survive! Front-page headline in the 31 May 2018 newspaper Libero:
MANICOMIO ITALIA...SONO TUTTI IMPAZZITI. La Dolce Vita? Where
has it gone? Italy has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana
peel. (Nothing personal, Franco. I have referred your talents to more than
one DisUnited States ambassador to Italy.) Franco, if you go walking in
the streets of Rome, please do not fall into a hole!
Cordially...
