Candidates are required to start their project work in the second year and
submit the same in the first term of the third year i.e. Vth Semester.
As soon as the projects are ready for submission, candidates should bring the
signature of the guide in the prescribed form, called “Project Submission
Form”.
Candidates will have to meet their Internal Guide minimum 5 (five) times for
project guidance before submitting the project. They will have to obtain the
signature of the guide in the Project Guide Certificate form, which is enclosed
in the project hand-out.
The Project should be typed in double space in thesis size paper and bound
with thick black cover page with gold embossing.
While submitting the two copies of the project, candidates have to bring their
second and third year tuition fee challans.
The last date for submitting Project Registration Form after obtaining the
Internal Guides signature is 14th Sept. 2010 No forms will be accepted after
20th Sept. 2010.
The last date for submitting two copies of the Project is 14/09/2010. Any
candidate who fails to get the Internal Guides signature before the last date
i.e…20/09/2010, their projects will not be accepted by the Institute and no
extension will be granted. The candidate will have to submit his / her project
next semester i.e. 15th September, 2010.

DURATION –
The project will be spread over two semesters i.e. Second Semester of
the Second Year and First Semester of the Third Year. The Project
carries 100 marks (100 marks internal).
GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED BY STUDENTS WHILE PREPARING THE
PROJECT REPORT
2. The projects work is 100 marks and spread over three semesters
(first and second semester of second year and first semester of
third year).
3. The Cover Page of the report shall be as per the format given in
Annexure I.
7. After the content page, there will be synopsis of the project briefly
written in two pages.
11. The name of the guide and student should not appear anywhere
in the project.
