3. In what areas does the applicant need improvement or growth? She is doing well as a student and maybe a little improvement in confidence
because sometime she knows what to do but afraid of trying it.

4. Please comment on the applicant's interpersonal skills. How well does he or she work within a team? She is a very hardworking girl that would
always shoulder more work than her teammate, she’ll help them when they’re in dire situation. A very cooperative lady that would voice out her
opinions when asked.

5. How would you describe the applicant's leadership skills? From what I have observed she has a good leadership capability. As a leader, she likes
to be organized and aims for more. She would always have more things done than what is expected of her to do and would hit the goal before the
deadline.

she is afraid of committing mistakes and it is something she should work out.

commitment and dedication were evident by her willingness to help me in some school forms and helping the class in preparation of activities in
the room. She is always positive even though she’s always quiet. She’ll tell what is wrong at the right time to not stress anyone.
