4. First Aid Measures


After inhalation : Keep the victim tucked in blanket etc, and quiet immediately then removed to
fresh air.
If breathing is weak, irregular or has stopped, give artificial respiration immediately.
Seek medical attention.
After skin contact : Remove all contaminated clothing, shoes and sock from the affected areas as
quickly as possible. Wash with plenty of water and soap.
If irritation develops and persist, get medical attention.
After eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical
attention.
In case of wearing contact lenses, remove them and continue rinsing.
After swallowing : Vomiting may increase of the risk of entering into bronchial tube.
Rinse mouth with water and get medical attention immediately.

5. Fire Fighting Measure


Suitable extinguishing agents:
» Chemical dry powder, foam, carbon dioxide, dry sand, wet chemical fire-suppressant spray.

How to fire-fighting in certain way:


» Move container to safe area immediately
» If not movable, use water on the container and the surrounding it in order to cool down.
» Use indicated extinguishing media
Protection of persons engaged in fire:
» Firefighters should wear proper protective equipment and stand on the windward side of fire.

6. Accidental Release Measures


Notes on the body, protective equipment and emergency measures;
» Evacuate downwind person to safe area
» Keep out of the leaking area with ropes, etc.
» Shut off all sources of ignition
» When treating, stand on the windward side of fire
» In doors, ventilation should be sufficient until the treatment for the spilled materials is completed.
» Contamination and waste should be treated by the related laws.
» Do not touch the damage container or leaking materials without proper protective equipment.

» Be careful not to drain dense washing wastewater into river.
Collection, neutralization, containment and cleanup methods, equipment:
» Block the flow of leaking liquid by earth and sand, etc. Lead the flow to the safe place
» Collect into empty re-closable container as much as possible
» After collecting spills, wash with plenty of water and dispersing agent (e.g. neutral detergent)
