To whom it may concern:

As part of the preparations of the University’s College of Law official team for their
Quarter Finals Match for the ANC Square Off: The Firm Debates, the said team
conducts weekly debate drills. For this weekend’s drills, the preparation shall be more
extensive considering that there is only a week to prepare for the match and the
research needed for the topic.

In relation thereto, may the undersigned request that the following students, as
members of our official team, be excused from their respective classes on 04 May 2018
in order to prepare for tomorrow’s drill:
