Set up new service accounts and/or disconnect existing services for members while also looking
for uncollected debt. Review and process service orders and work with other departments as
needed. Work with members to make payments, explain payments, policies, and account
information. Create solutions with management on better procedures and practices that fit the
department goals and company values.

Switchboard Operator (2003-2008)

Answer all external/internal calls and route callers to the correct department. Sort and distribute
company mail to ensure efficient delivery on a daily basis. I would type up warranty paperwork
and other items as needed by management. I also received and processed incoming checks and
prepared them for the accounting team.

Shift Manager (2001-2003)

Supervised shift employees to ensure company policies were followed. I trained all new
employees according to best company procedures. I was responsible for daily cash counting and
record book keeping while also performing all responsibilities with opening and closing the store.
