Welcome to Transguard Group

Please read the following instructions in order to understand the process you
must follow for your arrival

We are now in receipt of the required documents to process your employment visa, once it
has been issued, you will be sent a soft copy to the email address which you have
provided.

Please note that there is a process that needs to be followed before you book your tickets.

Scheduling your arrival

 You are required to confirm receipt of the email, and print off 2 hard copies of the
employment visa and keep them with your original passport as you must present
them upon arrival
 Please proceed with booking a one way ticket to Dubai International Airport.
 Transguard Group visas are issued through the Dubai Immigration
authority, therefore you must arrive into DXB International Airport
 Please email your passport number and flight ticket copy to
11iarrivaldetails@transguardgroup.net , aiminimum of 48 hrs prior to your scheduled
iiiiiiarrival into Dubai.

On arrival at the airport please follow the signs for ‘Arrivals/Baggage Claim’

Immigration Counter
Follow the signs and make your way to the Immigration Counter

Immigration Procedure
At the Immigration Counter you will need to:

 Produce a copy of your Employment Visa and your original Passport

 Have an eye scan

Passport Control
Proceed to Passport Control to complete your entry into Dubai

The immigration official will need to see both your original passport and your
employment visa, in order to stamp your arrival date
Please ensure that they are made aware that you are arriving as an employee of
Transguard and not as a visitor.

 Baggage Collection
Follow instructions on the electronic boards; proceed to the baggage carousel and
collect your luggage

Dubai Customs Control

Pass through customs and into the public Arrivals Area outside

Transguard Welcome Staff

We will ensure that someone will be waiting to collect you at the meeting area
outside of DXB International Airport and take you to our Accommodation facility,
look out for our representative who will be holding a Transguard Group Welcome
Board

Once you have arrived

Induction Process
You will be met by members of the Transguard team within 24 hours of your arrival and
they will explain the induction process and answer any questions you may have

Company ID
Please remain at the accommodation facility until you have been issued with your
identification card
