Subject: Data on power generation by 100 KWp solar power plant.
The installation of 100 KWp solar power plant has been completed and is operational in our campus. The
40 KWp plant on the library block became operational on 15 March 2014 and the 60 KWp plant on the
administrative block became operational on 22 March 2014. The data on total power generated as on 06-
April-2016 and energy cost savings is given below:

Please Note: Energy produced from 9th March 2016 to 6th April 2016: 11,888.70 units.
Cost savings: Rs. 118,887.00 (grid power), Rs. 213,996.60 (Diesel Generator) Net
meter has been installed on 4th of August 2014. So far *6561.00 KWh (units) and *6596.00 KVAH of
energy have been exported to the grid since the net meter installation.

*As per the electricity bill there is a Multiplication factor of ‘2’
