20, Lot 23, Camilla Homes, Davao del Norte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my son K. BRENTH-MA. D. HILDAWA of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Blk. 1,
Lot 35 Jeth Village, Visayan Village Tagum City, Philippines, to be the true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for and on behalf of my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
special powers, to wit:
1. To transact, process, comply requirements and claim land title and pertinent documents
with the Office of the Balikatan Housing Financing Corporation and/or Balikatan Housing
Kaagapay- BFS Corporation relative to a real property (house and lot) I acquired, the
land being previously covered by TCT No. T-230612 situated at Brgy. Bacaca, City of
Davao;
2. To transact, inquire and deliver payments for the Tax due with the Office of the City
Assessor, Davao City over the above subject property;
3. To transact and process with the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue and other
concerned government agencies for the transfer and registration of the above
described subject property; and

4. To sign any and all documents relative thereto.

Generally, to do such acts and things necessary and/or requisite for the consummation of
the authority and transactions herein mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done with regards to the claim requested
school records and other claims as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully
do if personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
