striker were “forced and directed by COL EUGENIO J MISLANG JR MC (GSC) to visit the
Office of JAGO, WMC” to file their affidavit of Complaint against me. It was same time when
COL MISLANG went to same office and reversed the affidavit that the two striker executed.
And he told COL UKOL PAGLALA JAGS (GSC), the JAGO of WMC, and I heard the
