LIBERTIES:
• All Dealers must be registered Liberties Plus or CCE Dealers via the 2018 on-line Dealer
registration system.
• To activate program eligibility and participation, each Dealer must be registered for each FIM
affiliated program within the Dealer registration system.
• The Dealer’s registration date in combination with the FIM PAT selections is the start date for all
FIM promotional programs.
• The Dealer’s program registration date must be on or prior to the installation date.
• Dealers must maintain their registration throughout the promotional period to retain eligibility.
GENERAL TERMS:
• All Dealer transactions must be entered via www.UPGnet.com.
• All program claims will be administered utilizing the installation date. The installation date must be
within a qualifying month for the selected programs.
• All claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of installation.
o Examples:
 Installation Date: March 9th requires an on-line claim and submission of
documentation no later than April 8th
 Installation Date: July 23rd requires an on-line claim and submission of documentation
no later than August 22nd
• Claims are limited to qualified single phase products.
• Co-op funds are not eligible for claim related expenses.
• Promotional offers will not be extended for products not in stock.
• New construction installations do not qualify for promotional programs.
• All corporate owned properties, regardless of incorporation type, are ineligible.
• Commercial applications / commercial properties (rental properties) and residential rental properties
do not apply.
• Residential replacement applications in privately-owned and owner-occupied single family dwellings
only. Multiple units on a single family dwelling installed at the same address are applicable.
• Dealer personnel are not eligible for promotional offers. However, a Personal Use Rebate may be
applicable.
• Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with the Employee Rebate or Personal Use
Rebate programs.
• All program participation is subject to review and audit by Century A/C Supply and Unitary Products
Marketing. Any program participation determined to be noncompliant will either a) not be paid and
approved or b) will be invoiced in its entirety back to the dealer.

Program Rules:
• Labor begins on the day of installation and covers the period through the tenth year.
• Commercial applications are excluded from this promotion. Equipment above three-phase are excluded
from this promotion.
• The “Promotional Extended Warranty” program via the on-line Liberties registration must be selected on or
before the installation date.
• All participating dealers must be registered Comfort Plan Dealers to be eligible.
• All distributor/branch Promotion Warranty Plans must be submitted for purchase via UPGnet.com to the
Unitary Products Warranty Department within 30 days from the installation date.
• Plan types must be chosen AT THE TIME OF CONSUMER PURCHASE. Once an application is approved
by the Warranty Department, contracts cannot be voided or credits for the difference between standard
plan cost and promotional plan cost cannot be issued. No exceptions. Standard plan types not eligible for
the promotion will be billed at full cost without prior notice. Distributors/Branches must dispute any
discrepancies within 30 days of the date of installation.

Program Details:
• Dealers who sell qualified products during selected promotion periods will receive a cash back rebate
payment via ACH supporting their sales and marketing efforts.
• New for 2018: The Dealer CAN file a claim under both the Consumer Rebate and the Promotional
Financing Program for the same installation.
• Rebates are cumulative if more than one qualifying product is installed at the same address.
• YORK will pay dealers up to 50% of the Dealer-to-Consumer eligible incentive award displayed via the on-
line claim system (maximum net credit amounts are provided in the “Qualified Equipment & Rebate Incentive
Net Amounts” matrix provided in this document).
Program Execution and Documentation:
• All Consumer Rebate claims must be received by the Rebate Center in completion (including receipt of
supporting documentation) within 30 days of the installation date. Claims not completed and received
within the defined claim period will not be honored. No exceptions.
• Upon initial claim access only (one time entry), the Dealer is required to enter their company’s Federal
Employer Identification Number (FEIN); name of banking institution; bank routing number; bank account
number; Dealer’s first and last name as it appears on their bank account; Dealer’s contact first and last
name, direct telephone number and direct email address. This prompt will not appear again once the
requirement has been satisfied. This information is required annually even if the dealer participated in the
previous year.
• All Dealer payments will be via Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct to the dealer’s bank account.
• Enter all required installation information, as requested via the on-line claim entry screen, including the
dollar value of the incentive deducted from the consumer’s billing.
• Entering the consumer and product information via the Rebate claim system will register the installation
within the Unitary Products’ Warranty Department product registration system.
• It is recommended Dealers print and save a copy of the on-line Claim Confirmation Receipt.
• Dealer claim submissions are considered final.
• All complete, valid FIM Rebate payments will be paid within 15 business days after the dealer successfully
enters the claim on-line and submits the required supporting documentation to the YORK Rebate Claim
Center.
• Email, fax, or mail all required supporting claim documentation to be received by the Rebate Center within
30 days from the installation date. Note: All required claim documentation must be complete on the initial
submission. Multiple claim documentation submissions supporting one claim will not be accepted.

Program Details:
• The “Dealer Spiff” program via the on-line Liberties registration must be selected.
• Spiffs are cumulative if more than one qualifying product is installed at the same address.
Program Execution and Documentation:
• The “Dealer Salesperson Spiff” link via UPGnet.com will be available to qualified Dealers for installations
dated between April 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018. All spiff entries are to be submitted ONLY by the
Dealer salesperson affiliated with the UPGnet username. Distributor/Branch personnel are
prohibited from entering spiff claims on behalf of their Dealers.
• Dealer salespersons will earn spiffs ranging from a minimum $20 to a maximum $50 on qualified
equipment. Upon completion of the installation, the Dealer salesperson must log on to UPGnet.com >
Marketing Center > Dealer Salesperson Spiff 2018 link and enter all required information including:
o Salesperson’s first and last name as it appears on their bank account; personal mailing address; social
security number; personal email address; name of banking institution; bank routing number; bank account
number. This prompt will not appear again once this requirement is satisfied.
o Homeowner / installation information
o Serial number(s) of qualifying equipment
• New for 2018: All dealer salespeople will be paid monthly via Automated Clearing House (ACH)
direct to the dealer salesperson’s bank account for each valid claims.
• Claims from the previous calendar month’s entries will be downloaded at the beginning of each new month
and all valid spiffs will be paid via ACH. An email will be sent to the dealer salesperson’s personal email
address with a notification of payment into their account.
• If the Dealer is not eligible for the spiff program, a message will be displayed providing an explanation.
• Entering the consumer and product information via the spiff claim system will register the installation within
Unitary Products Warranty Department’s registration system.
• After successful claim entry, the Dealer salesperson may print (not required, but recommended) a copy of
the claim confirmation for their personal records. Dealers may view the results of the entries by selecting
UPGnet.com > Marketing Center > Dealer Spiff Report.
• All spiff claims must be filed via UPGnet.com within 30 days of the installation date. Claims not completed
within the defined claim period will not be honored. No exceptions. Dealer claim submissions are considered
final.

Program Details:
• The 60 Month EPNI financing option is available all year long, but the dealer fees will only be
bought down for installations occurring between April 1 and September 30.
• All Dealers must be registered Liberties Plus or CCE Dealers via the 2018 on-line Dealer registration
system.
• To activate program eligibility, the Liberties Plus or CCE Dealer must be registered for both the
Residential Finance and Promotional Finance programs via the on-line Dealer registration system.
• New for 2018: The Dealer CAN file a claim under both the Consumer Rebate and the
Promotional Financing Program for the same installation.
• All participating Dealers must have a JCI affiliated Synchrony Financial merchant account number
in good standing with Synchrony Financial. Synchrony Financial is the exclusive residential finance
provider for this program.
• The Dealer’s program eligibility start date is the Promotional Financing program selection enrollment
date in combination with the Promotional Financing program’s start month.
• The Dealer’s Promotional Financing registration date must be on or prior to the installation date.
• Dealers must maintain their Liberties Plus or CCE participation level throughout the entire
participation period.
• The maximum shared retail financing amount defined below will be shared per the Qualified
Finance Program Equipment & Maximum Retail Incentive matrix below.

Program Execution and Documentation:

• The only Synchrony Finance menu transaction code eligible for the promotional finance
program is the 60 month EPNI program.
• All claims will be administered utilizing the installation date. The installation date must be within the
FIM PAT selection period and the Dealer’s program enrollment dates.
• All claims must be filed within 30 days beginning with the installation date as day one.
o Examples:

• All Promotional Financing Dealer claims must be entered via www.UPGnet.com > Marketing Center
> 2018 Consumer Rebate/Promo Finance.
