About the College :
New Horizon College of Engineering
New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE), established
in 2001, a unit of the New Horizon Educational and

The department of Mechanical Engineering is accredited
by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Mechanical Engineering is perhaps the most diverse and
versatile of the engineering disciplines. The department
of Mechanical Engineering @NHCE is dedicated towards
the advancement of technology and science.
Keeping itself up to date with the latest developments
and trends in the field and with a dedicated faculty of
highly qualified and experienced members in all streams
of mechanical engineering, the department consistently
strives to provide world class facilities for education and
research.
An interactive relationship is maintained between the
students and staff which enable the students to develop
a sound foundation in the stream in a conducive
environment. This has reflected in the real time projects
from industries, real time case studies from experts of
reputed industries. Students are involved in R & D
projects of the department. The hands-on training
