Nation Paper Products and Printing Corporation Land Development (NAPPCO Land
Development)
This is to authorize the brokers (Rey Nikkolai Q. Ifurung) , (Gabriel Alberto N. Gomez) and
(Glenn Clarine Ching Sy) hereby known as the brokers to procure a buyer and negotiate the
sale of floors of the property known as The Brilliance Center owned by National Paper
Corporation Land Development (NAPPCO Land Development) under the following terms
and conditions.
Location and Description
The property is located at 11th corner 40th Bonifacio Global City Taguig, Metro Manila
Price of the property
The asking price shall be THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS
(P300,000.000) PER SQUARE METER or any other price acceptable to National Paper
Corporation Land Development (NAPPCO Land Development) .
Terms of Payment
The terms of payment shall be cash basis or any other terms agreed by NAPPCO Land
Development and the buyer.
Condition of Authority
The brokers (Rey Nikkolai Q. Ifurung), (Gabriel Alberto N. Gomez) and (Glenn Clarin
Ching Sy) shall be credited the sale and paid the commission stipulated herein should the sale
be made/effected by a person or entity whose name was made known to NAPPCO Land
Development by the brokers via email and made effective once NAPPCO Land Development
acknowledges the name is registered.
Broker’s Commission
The brokers shall be entitled to a commission of (5% ) of the total selling price as stipulated in
the deed of sale.
Validity
The authority to negotiate the sale shall remain in full force and effect for a period of (1) year
upon signing of the parties unless revoked in the manner allowed in the next proceeding
paragraph.
HoldOver Clause
The brokers shall be credited with the sale of this property and therefore be entitled to all the
commissions and the fruits of this transaction even if the sale is perfected and/or consummated
after the expiration/revocation of this Authority provided the buyer was formally registered by

Acknowledgement of the person or entity that makes the sale
Registration of name of the the person or entity whose name was made known to NAPPCO
Land Development by The brokers , shall be done by emailing the name to NAPPCO Land
Development’s authorized corporate officer or agent and will be effective once it acknowledges
the name is registered.
