Subject: Request for internship opportunity to Khatune Jannat Eti, a BBA student of Metropolitan
University, Sylhet.
Dear Sir,
I have the pleasure to draw your attention that Metropolitan University is approved by the U.G.C. and
the Government of Bangladesh for imparting education in the degree program of Business
Administration. Our BBA program requires the students to undergo a three- month-long internship
program from an existing business firm and to submit a report after completion of internship. The
students are required to register for 4 credits requiring the minimum 45 hours of practical work. We,
therefore, expect an all-out support and co-operation from various esteemed business
organizations/Bank for our BBA students.
Khatune Jannat Eti having Roll No. 131-116-155 in the 29th batch of the BBA program with
specialization in Marketing, has completed 120 credit hours of courses in the program and desirous
of undergoing internship as early as possible.
Khatune Jannat Eti has chosen to work in your Bank as an internee. At the end of the internship,
She will be required to submit a report to us through his supervisor assigned by you. She will be a
full-time worker working under direct guidance, supervision and control of the supervisor to be
designated by you.
Her internship assignment will help her to understand the operations of your organization and also
how to perform relevant functions with an emphasis on banking areas. We hope this way her work
will also benefit your organization considerably.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly accept her in your organization for about 3 months and provide
her with necessary access to observe, enquire and endeavor to acquire knowledge and to understand
the actual operations of the Bank. The information that will be provided to her will actually be used
for academic presentation and classroom discussions only. We need your help on the above matter.
