SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation for TSgt Justin D. Krautkremer

1. Technical Sergeant Justin D. Krautkremer has my highest recommendation for the Active
Guard reserve position with the 439th Civil Engineer Squadron / Explosive Ordnance
Disposal Flight at Westover Air Reserve Base, MA. I have personally known and assisted
with the mentoring or TSgt Krautkremer since his arrival at Grissom ARB in October 2012
and am certain that he will exceed all standards if provided the opportunity. He is a
responsible strong professional who leads without fear and never passes by an opportunity to
assist a fellow Airman. He is a selfless individual who has developed the resources, technical
knowledge, and ability to make things happen at any level. His support ofthe Air Force has
been unwavering.

2. TSgt Krautkremer has displayed all of the attributes of an outstanding team member and
dedicated Airman. He has total commitment to each task he is given and accomplishes that
task with the highest level of professionalism.

3. I highly recommend TSgt Krautkremer, without any reservations, for this senior leadership
position. He is a prime example of the Air Force core values, and he will make an
exceptional AFRC EOD Program Manager. He has a proven record of accomplishment of
building relationships and delivering outstanding results. There is no doubt in my mind that
he will succeed in shaping the future of the AFRC EOD mission.
