1. Let this be an understanding that there is no employer and employee

relationship for JOB ORDER and the Provincial Government of Tarlac. That dismissal or
interruption to your service is within the discretion of the PW.

2. That all JOB ORDER STATUS under the Team of PG1 BERNARDO SANGGA are
admonished for 1 month duty without rotation sleep, you are all instructed to render
duty fully awake.

3. Failure to comply will merit immediate dismissal from the Provincial Warden.
