While wé have never doubted the extreme dependability of this system, very heartening response has been received from the generally cautious western reader as well. The general format of this second edition has not been materially altered. Only minor changes have been incorporated here and there. Some comments have been added in the discussion on planetary strengths, Gopal Agarwal wha designed the cover page of the first edition has redesigned it with very slight but subtle modifications.
