1. Testing method for welding portion –

a) Visual inspection of all the weld locations
b) Radiographic (X-ray) testing of random weld locations selected by the site engineer.

2. Details of coating material

 Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich (See attached datasheet)

3. Bonding details for old and new concrete prior to avoid any cracks in the joint area.

4. Concrete mix design

 Expanding concrete shall be used. Contractor shall select suitable admixture for this
purpose.
