2.4 Technical Requirement

Components within I and II part which form to belt conveyer shall all be
selected in the scope stimulated in <Design value when operating should
not Fixed Belt Conveyer >. The max. wandering value when operating
should not exceed 5% of the belt width. When the belt conveyer starts
on 100% load condition or shut down, the max. instantneous tension
shall not exceed 1.5 times of normal working value.
