SOP of Trims Introduce in sewing Line
Objective: To annihilate trims related defects during production

 After receiving trims from store, Input man will inform respective line quality supervisor
 Quality supervisor will check the trims quality, size and labeling. Specially size of zipper and shade label
identification number. For size issue, quality supervisor will conform to cutting summary report.
 If Pass then sign on SRR, if not then return to store for change.
SOP for DMT :

Objective: To monitor the OPE progress in daily basis and analyze the constraints, resolves the obstacles to
achieve the goal

Activities:

 KPI Monitoring ( Cutting, Sewing & Finishing Efficiency, Sewing FPY and After Iron Inspection)
 Find out reasons of low efficiency by Why-Why analysis
 Review abnormality visit and find out abnormality and resolve it.

SOP:

 DMT leader will be accountable to launch the meeting on time and fill the attendance sheet.
 Every DMT KPI responsible person will fill their daily performance on the DMT board
 Factory Head will attend once in a week in the DMT meeting and review weekly action plan.
 Manufacturing Head will attend once in a month and expedite the action points.
 If any member absent in the meeting, he has to deploy his representative in the meeting with required
reports.
SOP for 12 Digit numbering on Cut Panels:
Objective: To escape shade mixing, introduced 12 digit for shade in existing 8 digit numbering.

 Digit Allocation (1st 3 digit for Batch, next 2 digit for cutting#, after that 3 digit for Size and last 4 digit for
serial number

 Numbering has to be done on big panels
 Sewing operator will attach shade label to garments as per 1st 3 digit.
